This midcentury maple vanity has a lovely story to go along with it. The previous owner was given this vanity set as a gift for her Sweet 16 in the 1950’s. It stayed with her ever since. It’s a vintage Heywood and Wakefield with an attached mirror and partial glass top. The tufted swivel stool is my absolute, ABSOLUTE favorite in the world, with it’s scalloped edges and a touch of shimmer in the sage green thread! A truly unique beauty! If I had the room in my house, this would be a piece I would keep (I say that about everything in the shop though, which is why I started it!!)

An heirloom piece that can be for your personal use or given do your daughter or son, to be passed down and used for glam for years to come!

The mirror is attached with four large screws that come off for easier moving. There are two sticker emblems on the upper right corners of the mirror. I didn’t photograph them because I was going to remove them but they are permanent :) A little slice of history attached to the piece!
