This is a midcentury, danish modern, original bentwood teak table lamp designed by Mads Caprani. It features an arched bentwood teak form with an iron crescent base and original beige pleated shade. Vintage Mads Caprani lamps in this condition are extremely rare and difficult to find. The only other I have ever come across was on Etsy for 400 dollars. It was a bit smaller and didn’t last long before it was gone! (There is one amazing Mads Caprani floor lamp available on Etsy right now! So gorg!!) So sad to part with this darling, but the shop deserves this piece! And I will have the photos forever <3 What I love most about this lamp are the natural materials - a clean-lined and modern piece that doesn’t sacrifice it’s connection to nature and will add an element of warmth to any space.
